Sgscare is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 3-bed specialist therapeutic children's home in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead the service, safeguard children and drive high-quality therapeutic care planning while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce, plus leadership qualifications; Level 5 Leadership & Management and Level 4 RM Award are desirable. Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills are essential.
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire (ST9)
Salary: £55,500 - £69,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with additional hours as required to meet the needs of the service and the young people.

This is a 3-bed Specialist Therapeutic Children's Home supporting children and young people through high-quality therapeutic care. The Registered Manager will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of the home, ensuring excellent outcomes for young people, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, therapeutic care planning, operational performance and staff development.
