Job summary

Right at Home Hillingdon & Uxbridge is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our established homecare team and work with the Franchise Owner to deliver high-quality care. You will drive compliance, staff development and day-to-day operations to ensure outstanding client outcomes.

The role offers a competitive salary from £40,000 to £45,000 plus a performance-based bonus and ongoing training, with emphasis on growth and continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
• Proven leadership in care management
• Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
• Right to work full-time in the UK

Responsibilities

• Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
• Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
• Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
• Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
• Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
• Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/6 support
• Support business growth and meet commercial targets
