Job summary

Right at Home Salford & Worsley is seeking a Registered Manager to launch our new franchise and lead the care delivery team. You will partner with the Franchise Owner to establish foundations, drive growth, and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across services.

You will recruit, train and supervise care staff, maintain CQC readiness, oversee safety, scheduling and audits, and participate in 24/7 on-call coverage to support clients and staff with a compassionate, compliant

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding.
• Proven leadership in care management.
• Right to work full-time in the UK.

• Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients.
• Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery.

• Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits.
• Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support.
• Support business growth and meet commercial targets.
