Job summary

Right at Home Bridgend and The Vale of Glamorgan is seeking a Registered Manager to launch our new franchise and lead a local team in delivering high-quality care across communities.

You will drive CIW compliance, recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and operations, and contribute to sustainable growth within a supportive leadership network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Strong knowledge of CIW criteria for Good and Outstanding.
• Proven leadership in care management.
• Experience within the care sector.
• Right to work in the UK full-time.

As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in launching our new franchise business, guiding Franchise Owner to establish strong foundations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.

As a Registered Care Manager, you'll lead the delivery of exceptional care within your local community. You'll guide and inspire your team, uphold the highest quality standards, and make sure every customer receives safe, personalized support they can rely on.
