Job summary

Right at Home Bridgend and The Vale of Glamorgan is seeking a Registered Manager to launch and grow a new franchise, delivering high-quality home care in the local community.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure CIW compliance, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional service standards and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of CIW criteria for Good and Outstanding
• Proven leadership in care management
• Experience within the care sector
• Right to work full-time in the UK

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
• Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and aim to maintain Excellent rating
• Oversee health & safety for staff and clients
• Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
• Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants with strong training

• Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
• Take part in on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
• Support business growth and meet commercial targets

As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in launching our new franchise business, guiding Franchise Owner to establish strong foundations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.

As a Registered Care Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of exceptional care within your local community. You’ll guide and inspire your team, uphold the highest quality standards, and make sure every customer receives safe, personalised support they can rely on. It’s a role with real influence, shaping services, strengthening relationships, and helping your branch grow with heart and confidence

What you’ll do:
