Job summary

Arch Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Childrens Registered Manager to lead the setup of the organisation's first children’s residential home registered to support children with emotional and behavioural needs. The role involves guiding staff, promoting independence, and advocating for service users within an Ofsted framework.

You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, implementing developmental programmes, and driving continuous improvement to meet regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or Residential Childcare/Equivalent.
• Previous experience at Registered Manager level (Essential).
• Experience in an Ofsted-regulated residential setting (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Support staff to promote independence for service users.
• Encourage recreational activities inside and outside the community.
• Advocate for the service users and quality of care.

Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Location: Uxbridge, UB8

Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join them supporting in the establishment of their first children's residential home to be registered to support children with emotional and behavioural needs.
