Arch Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Children\'s Registered Manager in Romford, East London. Salary up to £65,000 per annum, with potential bonus up to £6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity.

The role involves supporting staff to promote independence, organise recreational activities for service users, and lead the establishment of the newest home. Located in Romford, the post requires experience at Registered Manager level and a minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or Residential

• Previous experience at Registered Manager level (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
