Job description

At Aspris Children’s Services, we are searching for the right person to join us in our North West region through the next exciting phase of its development.

As a Registered Manager at our Children's Home Thornton, you will be at the heart of creating a positive, nurturing, and enriching environment for young people. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring children and young people have opportunities to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. From supporting young people to engage with their communities, participate in activities and events, and achieve their personal goals, to overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive outcomes. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people, build strong relationships with professionals, families, and staff, and lead a dedicated team committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

What do we need from our Registered Managers?

To be able to meet Regulation 28 of the Children Home Regulations including:

• Integrity and good character
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
• Experience of leading a team within residential care
