Job summary

Aspris Children's Services in the North West region is seeking a Registered Manager for our Cleveleys Children's Home, which can care for up to 2 young people up to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The home is spacious with en-suites and a back garden; the team is supportive and dedicated to a nurturing environment.

Job description

At Aspris Children's Services, we are searching for the right person to join us in our North West region through the next exciting phase of its development.

As a Registered Manager at our Children's Home in Cleveleys, you will be at the heart of creating a positive, nurturing, and enriching environment for young people. Our home can cater for up to 2 young people, up to the age of 18, who are considered to have emotional and behavioural difficulties. We offer a relaxed and fun environment to ensure that the children are able to feel valued, a strong sense of belonging, and create exciting, new experiences. The home itself, is large, spacious and well presented with a lovely back garden and en-suites attached to every bedroom. The team are really good fun to be around, support one another, and are passionate about cultivating a nurturing environment for our young people to reach their potential.

You will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring children and young people have opportunities to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. From supporting young people to engage with their communities, participate in activities and events, and achieve their personal goals, to overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive outcomes. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people, build strong relationships with professionals, families, and staff, and lead a dedicated team committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

To be able to meet Regulation 28 of the Children Home Regulations including:

• Integrity and good character
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
• Experience of leading a team within residential care
