We are Eden Futures, recruiting for a registered manager to deliver exceptional support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism, or mental illness.

The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality services, ensuring compliance with statutory, contractual, and organizational standards. They will also uphold professional and technical standards to meet the expectations of Commissioners and effectively lead the Service.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS check before starting employment.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure daily service provision aligns with Eden's values, policies, procedures, and complies with legislation and regulations.
• Service Development: Identify opportunities for growth while safeguarding the company's values and culture.
• People Management & Leadership: Provide structured management and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborative Working: Promote teamwork across departments and agencies within the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team.
• Professional Development: Continuously update skills, stay informed of sector changes, and lead within your expertise area.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Supported Living or Residential services preferred
• Registered with the CQC
• Familiar with CQC standards
• Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with a good example-setting ability
