A leading care provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee high-quality service delivery for individuals with disabilities. The role involves managing compliance, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional support. Ideal candidates will have experience in supported living and strong leadership skills.
We are Eden Futures, recruiting for a registered manager to deliver exceptional support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism, or mental illness.
The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality services, ensuring compliance with statutory, contractual, and organizational standards. They will also uphold professional and technical standards to meet the expectations of Commissioners and effectively lead the Service.
The role requires an Enhanced DBS check before starting employment.
