Job summary

Plymouth-based Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a hands-on Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. This full-time role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving performance and growth in the branch.

You will build strong local relationships, develop a great team, and play a key role in expanding the service and securing new contracts within the community.

Qualifications

• CQC Registered Manager status, or willingness to register upon appointment.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' management experience in domiciliary care or a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and identify growth opportunities.
• A proactive leadership style and a genuine passion for high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting business development and helping secure new contracts.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the branch and strengthen our local presence.
• Overseeing day-to-day domiciliary care operations.

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Plymouth.

We've been winning new contracts, and there are some exciting things happening within the branch. With real potential for further growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build strong local relationships, develop a great team and play a key role in growing the business.

You'll lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring we deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving performance, developing new opportunities and helping the branch reach its full potential.
