Nurseplus UK are seeking a Senior Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Plymouth. You will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality person-centred care across the branch.

With significant leadership experience in regulated care, you will shape service delivery, manage budgets and develop a high-performing team while cultivating strong relationships with commissioners and local partners to support sustainable growth.

Competenze

• Significant management experience within domiciliary care or a similar regulated care setting.
• CQC Registered Manager status and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational performance.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Registered Manager to play a key role in the continued success and growth of our domiciliary care service in Plymouth.

We've been winning new contracts, and there's real momentum building within the branch. With exciting opportunities ahead, we're looking for a strong leader who can turn that potential into results, strengthen our local presence and ensure our service continues to grow without compromising on quality.

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of the service, combining operational expertise, business development and a passion for delivering outstanding care.

What you'll be responsible for

Driving growth and performance

• Taking a proactive approach to business development, helping secure new contracts and expand the service

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and key stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities to improve branch performance, increase capacity and support sustainable growth

• Monitoring budgets and financial performance, ensuring commercial objectives align with quality care

Providing strong operational leadership

• Overseeing the effective running of the domiciliary care service and ensuring consistently high standards

• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and safeguarding requirements

• Leading on quality assurance, audits, risk management and continuous improvement

• Managing incidents, complaints and complex service issues effectively

Leading and developing people

• Supporting, coaching and developing managers and care teams to perform at their best

• Building a positive culture focused on accountability, collaboration and excellent care

• Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and the development of a strong team as the service grows

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Nurseplus to share best practice and improve outcomes

What we're looking for

• Significant management experience within domiciliary care or a similar regulated care setting

• CQC Registered Manager status and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent qualification

• A proven ability to lead teams, manage operational performance and maintain high standards
