Qualifications

• CQC Registered Manager status, or willingness to register upon appointment.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' management experience in domiciliary care or a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and identify growth opportunities.
• A proactive leadership style and a genuine passion for high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Growing the business: building relationships with local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals; supporting business development and securing new contracts; identifying opportunities to grow the branch.
