Hembrigg Park is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed residential service in Leeds. You will drive high-quality care, ensure regulatory compliance and build high-performing teams to support adults with diverse needs.
You will report to the Area Operations Manager, manage budgets and rosters, and foster partnerships with families and commissioners to deliver sustainable outcomes. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care is preferred, with driving licence desirable.
Registered Manager Location: Leeds, LS27 0EX Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility to meet service needs) Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

As Registered Manager, you'll lead a singular home, ensuring excellent care, strong team performance, compliance, and sustainable service delivery. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues, families, commissioners and other stakeholders to achieve great outcomes for the people we support. You'll lead across our three key priorities: Quality, Deliver outstanding care, support and governance. People, Inspire, develop and support high-performing teams. Performance, Manage resources effectively to ensure sustainable service success.
