Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a group of adult social care services, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and sustainable delivery. You will report to the Area Operations Manager and work closely with families, commissioners and staff.
Essential requirements include management experience in adult social care, strong leadership, Level 5 Diploma, knowledge of care regulations, and budget/rota management. Desirable: driving licence.
Location: Nottingham, NG15 6EY Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility to meet service needs) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the option to become permanent after 12 months (managing a different service)

As Registered Manager, you'll lead a group of services, ensuring excellent care, strong team performance, compliance, and sustainable service delivery. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues, families, commissioners and other stakeholders to achieve great outcomes for the people we support.
