Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a Registered Manager for a Bridlington-based home to lead care delivery and governance. You will report to the Area Operations Manager and work with families, commissioners and staff to achieve strong outcomes.
The role requires senior leadership, knowledge of social care regulation, and experience managing budgets, rotas and performance. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care is preferred, with full UK driving licence and willingness to meet service

Bridlington is a 12-bed residential service supporting adults with Prader Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, feeding animals, beach walks and marina development, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
As Registered Manager, you'll lead a singular home, ensuring excellent care, strong team performance, compliance, and sustainable service delivery. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues, families, commissioners and other stakeholders to achieve great outcomes for the people we support. You'll lead across our three key priorities: Quality Deliver outstanding care, support and governance. People Inspire, develop and support high-performing teams. Performance Manage resources effectively to ensure sustainable service success.
