Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well established domiciliary care service in Dereham. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure robust governance and build high performing teams.

The role demands a proven track record with CQC Good ratings, the ability to mobilise new contracts and care packages, and strong leadership to unlock the branch's potential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing busy, fast paced domiciliary services operating at high hours of care.
• Proven track record of achieving Good ratings with CQC.
• Experienced in mobilising new care packages, contracts and service expansions.
• Able to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast moving environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with staff, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
