The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing busy domiciliary services, achieving Good CQC ratings, and mobilising new care packages and contracts.

• Ability to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks.

• Proven track record of achieving Good ratings with CQC.
• Experienced in mobilising new care packages, contracts and service expansions.
• Able to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast moving environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with staff, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
