Job summary

PSR Solutions is partnering with a respected domiciliary care provider to recruit a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager for a brand-new Lowestoft branch. You will own service delivery, build the team, and implement processes from day one.

You will lead on care planning, staff development, and adherence to CQC standards while driving growth and ensuring excellent client outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within domiciliary care is essential.
• NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and day-to-day management of the new branch.
• Recruit, train, and supervise care and office staff.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC and industry regulations.
• Coordinate care delivery, scheduling, and client intake.
• Conduct client assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance to drive growth and identify opportunities for business development.
• Handle feedback and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Represent the branch within the community and at local events.
• Implement quality assurance measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: £45000 per Annum + Bonus + Excellent PRP

Role Overview

As Branch Manager, you\'ll oversee the daily running of the service - ensuring quality care is delivered, care plans are effectively managed, and staff are supported to provide person-centred support that enables clients to live independently at home.
