Sgscare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a small, tranquil children’s home in Sway, Lymington. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and drive continuous service improvement.
We welcome an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up, or an established Registered Manager. A full UK driving licence and strong people leadership are essential; experience with PACE/DDP is desirable.

An experienced Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy ready to take the next step, who wants to lead a small, calm, child-centred home and genuinely change young lives. You'll need a strong working knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, a natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, excellent communication, organisation, and decision‑making skills, and a full UK driving licence. Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and delivering therapeutic models such as PACE/DDP would be desirable.
