Sgscare is seeking a Children’s Home Registered Manager in Wellingborough to provide leadership and ensure compliance in a supportive environment for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
The role requires commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic care, with opportunities for progression and development within a growing organization. A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum plus bonuses is offered.
Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location: Finedon, Wellingborough
Salary: Starting from £55,000 per annum + yearly performance bonus + Ofsted bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the home

Service Users: Young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children’s Residential (or equivalent), Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (or working towards)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care within the last 5 years, experience supporting or managing an Ofsted inspection, strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards

Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager with a strong safeguarding ethos and a clear understanding of therapeutic, trauma‑informed care. You will be confident in leading a team, maintaining compliance, and driving positive outcomes for young people.
Deputy Managers with the relevant experience, regulatory knowledge, and readiness to step into registration will also be considered.
