Premier Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care branch in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will drive day-to-day management, service quality and regulatory compliance while supporting a growing, well-structured organisation.

The role requires strong leadership, CQC knowledge, and a proven ability to build teams and relationships with clients and stakeholders. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are preferred.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care legislation.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Good understanding of quality assurance and compliance.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to grow a care service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
