What You'll Be Doing:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of a purpose-built therapeutic home.
• Providing a safe, nurturing environment for up to three young people.
• Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care.
• Collaborating with clinical teams to implement therapeutic models.
• Participating in evening and weekend duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least two years in a supervisory or management role within children's residential services. Strong deputies will be considered.
• Knowledge: Understanding of challenges faced by children who have experienced trauma, abuse, and loss.
• Qualification: Willingness to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care.
• Practical: Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Professional: Strong computer skills and confidence to represent the home in meetings.
