About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our Ofsted-registered Children’s Homes. This full-time role involves providing accommodation and support for children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as learning disabilities.

As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of young people.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance high standards of care and safeguarding.

About You

We are seeking a Level 5-qualified professional with a passion for supporting children and young people with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children’s residential care.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • A proactive, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to lead change, motivate colleagues, and drive continuous improvement.
