About Us
Spectrum NH is a start-up service supporting the NHS, CAMHS and other relevant bodies with neuro-related services.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the operational oversight and regulatory compliance of our ADHD assessment pathway. You will be instrumental in shaping and embedding a safe, effective, and responsive service, managing day-to-day clinical governance, and ensuring that our service meets all CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full regulatory compliance across all activities.

• Provide strong, visible leadership to the clinical and admin team.

• Manage and monitor service delivery, referrals, safeguarding procedures, complaints, and audit cycles.

• Complete a short interview with the CQC

• Lead the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and service models.

• Develop and maintain relationships with the NHS, commissioners, and local authorities.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality assessments in line with NICE guidance and multidisciplinary best practice.

Location
We will be based in East and North London with flexible clinic sites (Walthamstow, Buckhurst Hill, Enfield, and surrounding boroughs). Hybrid working is supported, with some in-person presence required at clinical locations.

Person Specification

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a CQC-registered health or care service

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

• Sound knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

• Familiarity with neurodevelopmental conditions, ideally ADHD and/or autism

• Ability to implement robust clinical governance systems

• Experience managing safeguarding processes for children and vulnerable adults

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Desirable:

• Experience working in mental health, CAMHS, or community-based health services

• Familiarity with NHS contracts or referral pathways

• Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC, BACP, etc.)
