Registered Manager
Headway Adolescent Resources were formed in 1999 and has established a good reputation in the residential adolescent childcare sector, and pride themselves in having the insight and ability to care for young people as individuals in a holistic manner, regardless of their background.
Location: Highbridge
Salary: £44,425.86 per year with the potential to earn up to £53,725.86 through bonuses
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Specific Hours: 40 hours per week
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join and lead our existing home in Highbridge.
You must have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within the last 5 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children and, for at least 1 year, requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
