Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Exeter, Devon 50K - 55K per annum (negotiable, DOE) Full-Time

PSR Healthcare are proud to be working in partnership with a progressive, values-led care provider in search of an experienced and passionate Registered Children's Home Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 4-bedroom Children's Residential Home - LD & Autism in Exeter.
This is a superb oppotunity to shape a Learning Diablities and Autism Children's Residential service from the ground up and create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Lead and motivate a team of Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers in delivering exceptional care
Set the tone for a positive, child-centred culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and community
Create and implement personalised care plans tailored to each child's needs and aspirations
Ensure regulatory excellence in line with Children's Homes Regulations and OFSTED standards
Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and partner agencies
Champion best practice, continuous improvement, and holistic support for every child
2+ years' experience managing a Children's Residential Home (or a Deputy Manager ready to step up)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete)
Strong working knowledge of OFSTED standards and children's care legislation
A confident, compassionate leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A true passion for supporting children and developing high-performing teams
