As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our Franchise Owner and an amazing team of CareGivers.
What you’ll do:
● Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
● Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
● Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
● Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
● Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
● Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
● Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
● Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
● Support business growth and meet commercial targets
Qualifications:
● NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
● Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
● Proven leadership in care management
● Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
● Right to work full-time in the UK
