The position offers a £42,000 per annum salary plus Yearly & CQC bonuses, with excellent benefits and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a CQC Registered Manager.
• NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent.
• Completed QCF.

Healthcare Clinical is recruiting a Registered Manager for a reputable care provider with over 90% of their homes rated \"Good\" by CQC. They offer the highest standards of residential and dementia care. The Registered Manager will manage the elderly dementia care home with 20+ residents, providing respite, dementia, and residential care.

Registered Manager Duties:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, effective care


• Protect residents from harm and abuse


• Manage risk for service users


• Ensure proper medication management


• Conduct quality and safety checks


• Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications


• Assess and meet residents' dietary needs
