Keys Children is seeking a Registered Manager for Willow Lodge in Bournemouth. You will lead an eight-bed residential service for adults with acquired brain injury, guiding staff to deliver outstanding care while promoting independence, choice and respect.

DBS costs are covered, with ongoing training and a comprehensive benefits package. The role offers a salary up to £45,000 per annum, a 21% bonus scheme, and extensive development opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a leadership role within Residential Care.
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing.
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting.
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice.
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification.

Willow is an 8 -bed residential service specialising in support for adults with an acquired brain injury.We offer a calm, structured and empowering environment where people can relearn essential life skills and work towards greater independence.

We are looking for a Manger who is:
