Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 12-bed adult residential service in Bridlington, supporting people with Prader-Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, person-centred care and positive outcomes.

Key duties include leading a staff team, overseeing rotas and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards while working with families and multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Previous managerial or senior leadership experience within a care setting.
• Background of working with adults with learning disabilities; experience with Prader‑Willi Syndrome or complex/dual diagnosis is advantageous.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it, is desirable.
• Strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding and positive behaviour support approaches.

We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 12‑bed residential service in Bridlington, supporting adults with Prader‑Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs. Responsibilities

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised support that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes. Your key duties will include:

• Leading and developing a team of support staff, overseeing rotas, recruitment and staff performance
• Ensuring the service consistently meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with families, multi‑disciplinary teams and external professionals to ensure care plans reflect the complex and specialist needs of each resident, including Prader‑Willi Syndrome and dual diagnosis presentations

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Previous managerial or senior leadership experience within a care setting
• A solid background of working with adults with learning disabilities, and experience supporting individuals with Prader‑Willi Syndrome or complex/dual diagnosis needs considered an advantage
• A relevant care qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it is desirable)
• A strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding and positive behaviour support approaches

Benefits
