All Care Services in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service. You will drive high-quality, person-centred care, ensure CQC compliance, and manage staff and performance within a supportive team.

The role focuses on service leadership, safeguarding, audits and continuous improvement, with a clear path to growth and an on-going commitment to excellence in community care.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

Your duties will include:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Managing care quality, safeguarding, complaints and incident investigations.
• Overseeing client assessments, care plans, risk assessments and reviews.
• Managing service performance and quality assurance activities.
• Leading, supervising and developing office and care staff.
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring service delivery to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Supporting business development and growth within the branch.
• Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and record keeping.
• Participating in the on-call rota as required.

These responsibilities reflect the Registered Manager role focused on CQC compliance, assessments, staffing, audits, safeguarding, service quality and branch representation.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience within domiciliary care management.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Health & Social Care legislation and best practice.
• Experience conducting assessments, risk management and care planning.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• A thorough understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and Health & Safety requirements.
• Eligibility to become a CQC Registered Manager.
• Right to Work in the UK. We are currently unable to offer sponsorship.
