Avon Search and Selection is excited to be working with a care provider of choice to help them source an experienced Registered Home Manager to join their team at one of their private care facilities in Keswick (Cumbria). The company provides luxurious, modern facilities and the highest levels of care for its clients.

The Person

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will need to be a Registered Nurse or have experience managing a nursing home, and ideally hold your RMA or be willing to work towards it.

Main Responsibilities

• To provide leadership to the Care, Nursing, and Support teams of the care home.
• To ensure all regulatory requirements are met, and that the team is aware of the relevant regulations applicable to the service being managed.
• To manage the services within the home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with best practices.
