Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a dementia-focused nursing home in Partington, Manchester to recruit a Registered Nurse. You will provide high-quality care in a specialist setting designed for residents with dementia.

The role requires a valid NMC pin and offers permanent positions with day and night shifts. A competitive hourly rate of £22.25 is complemented by benefits and ongoing training to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Able to work well in a team and respond with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.

• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, families and professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP/professional visits when needed.

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an amazing nursing home based in the Partington, Manchester area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This special nursing home has been designed for the needs of people living with dementia

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
