Health Recruit Network is launching a new domiciliary care branch in Uxbridge, West London, seeking a driven Registered Care Manager to lead startup operations and drive growth. The role requires overseeing day-to-day management, team recruitment, and local community engagement to build a strong client pipeline.

Applicants should have Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be willing to pursue).

Qualifications

• Business development mindset with confidence in community engagement.
• Willing to cover care calls short-term as the branch grows.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the new branch.

• Attend local community events for client acquisition and recruitment.
• Handle enquiries, client assessments, care plans and reviews.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards.

Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care (New Branch)

Location: Uxbridge, West London

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance-related bonus after 6-month probation

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

An established care company is launching a new branch in Uxbridge, recently CQC registered and already building a strong pipeline of client enquiries. They are seeking a driven Registered Care Manager to lead the branch through its start-up phase and drive growth.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of the new branch
• Recruit and grow a strong team of Care Workers
• Attend local community events for both client acquisition and recruitment
• Handle enquiries, client assessments, care plans, and reviews
• Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards
