Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our homecare service in Uxbridge. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, staff development, and delivering person-centred care in clients’ own homes. The successful candidate will manage a growing branch, oversee recruitment, care planning, and liaise with clients and authorities to ensure excellent service delivery.

Domiciliary Care Manager / Homecare Manager – Uxbridge

£42,000-45,000 per annum + Bonus

Are you an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager or Homecare Manager ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and develop our high-quality home care service in Uxbridge, ensuring outstanding care delivery, full compliance, and a supportive working environment for both staff and clients.

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and regulatory compliance of our home care service. This Homecare Manager position offers you the opportunity to shape and deliver compassionate, person-centred care that empowers people to live independently in their own homes. The branch is still in its early growth phase and will require a strong manager to grow and build the branch and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of coordinators, supervisors, and carers as an effective domiciliary care manager.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain “Good” or “Outstanding” inspection ratings.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff.
• Develop care plans and monitor the quality of service as a proactive homecare manager.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities.
• Drive business growth and maintain high standards of care delivery.

About You

• Proven domiciliary care experience in a management or senior leadership position.
• An NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or be working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in home care.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
• Be based / local to Croydon or Sutton boroughs of London.
• Hold a UK Driving License and have access to your own vehichle
• You’ll be a confident, hands-on domiciliary care manager who thrives on responsibility and leading by example.
