Job summary

Chase Medical is supporting the search for a Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 1-2 bed children's home near Chesterfield. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and the development of a nurturing, stable care team.

The role offers a £45,000 salary plus annual performance and Ofsted inspection bonuses, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and an on-call rota. A supportive leadership team backs you as you build from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting.
• At least 1 year's supervisory or management experience.
• A resilient, proactive and positive approach.
• Strong leadership and commitment to children's wellbeing and development.

We're working with a small, supportive children's residential care provider near Chesterfield who are looking for a confident and ambitious Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 1-2 bed children's home, supporting young people with complex behaviours.
