You will oversee registration, set-up and the opening process, ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations (England) 2015 and preparing for Ofsted inspection.
We require extensive experience in children's residential care, leadership of staff, safeguarding knowledge and the ability to drive high-quality, child-centred care.

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new three-bed children’s residential home in Sutton Coldfield.
You will take responsibility for the home from registration and set-up through to opening and its first Ofsted inspection.
This is an opportunity to join an established children’s residential care provider that already operates two homes, both rated Good by Ofsted.
The organisation is continuing to grow and offers strong senior support, clear career progression, mandatory training and support with professional development and qualifications.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in children’s residential care who is confident leading a home and developing a team.

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
