Dual Registered Manager

Children’s Residential Care

Location: Bradford (BD4 & BD5)

Homes: 2 brand new 2-bed homes

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to open and manage two new 2-bed children’s homes in Bradford, located just minutes apart. You will have full autonomy over the team, structure, and the atmosphere of the homes. This role offers support to lead independently, with trust, flexibility, and backing.

Both homes will be registered for EBD or Complex Trauma, depending on staffing and care models you help develop. The foundation is strong, with two existing homes in the group—one four-bed and one two-bed—both well-managed and focused on therapeutic care. The leadership team has firsthand experience in the role.

• Flexible, solutions-oriented, and confident in team leadership
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or nearing completion (75%)
