Who will you be working for?
Join this established, therapeutic (PACE & DDP) residential childcare organisation that specialise in small homes in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area. They currently run two children s homes (Outstanding and Good in all areas) and are in the process of registering a third in the Greater Manchester area. After overwhelming success, they are now looking to open a further two solo-to-two bedded EBD homes in Chorley, Lancashire.
This organisation is run by an incredibly experienced Operations Director with almost 20 years working in Residential Childcare herself. They are very values driven and never compromise on the quality of their care. You would be responsible for opening two children s homes on a staggered basis and building your own close-knit teams alongside your Deputy Manager from the very beginning. This opportunity is a fantastic springboard for any experienced Registered Children s Homes Managers to gain the necessary experience of managing multiple homes to become an Operations Manager in the future.

As a Dual-Registered Children s Home Manager, you will be the backbone of the home.
