Job summary

Alina Homecare in Epping is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee local services. You will lead the team, ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, and work to maintain an Outstanding CQC rating.

You will drive strategic planning, manage P&L, and develop policies while representing the company to external stakeholders. A relevant leadership background in domiciliary care is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
• NVQ Level 5 or studying toward it.
• Experience in domiciliary home care management.
• Passion for providing quality care and support.
• Professional and dedicated approach to work.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Be fully accountable for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Engage in strategic planning and business development.
• Manage all branch aspects including P&L responsibility.
• Ensure robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Lead safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Lead the senior management team.
