Job summary

Alina Homecare in Canterbury is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new branch of domiciliary homecare. You will oversee service quality, regulatory compliance and the day-to-day running of the branch.

You will report to the Operations Manager, drive growth, manage P&L, governance and safeguarding, and develop robust policies. A strong track record in elder care and CQC leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CQC-registered manager or equivalent in domiciliary/homecare.
• Proven ability to lead a branch to Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strong governance, policy, and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.
