Alina Homecare in Canterbury seeks a CQC Registered Manager to lead the branch and drive outstanding care standards. You will own governance, regulatory compliance and strategic development to ensure exceptional service quality for local clients.

You will oversee P&L responsibilities, lead the senior team, and collaborate with external stakeholders to promote person-centred care and continuous improvement across the service.

• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Manage all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.

• Lead safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
