Job summary

Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a well-established Extra Care branch in Liskeard. You’ll oversee day-to-day delivery of high-quality care, recruit and coach a strong team, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations while driving service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and business performance.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality care and operational performance.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Package & Benefits

• Salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum.
