Qualifications

  • Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
  • Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and multi-site service delivery.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality care, operational performance and sustainable growth.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality care across four established Extra Care schemes throughout Hertfordshire.

  • Recruit, manage, coach and develop high-performing care teams across multiple services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies.

  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support service growth while ensuring outstanding quality, governance and regulatory performance.

Package & Benefits
  • Salary of £37,000 to £39,000 per annum.

The Role

As the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will:

To be successful, you'll have:
