Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Branch Manager to lead an Extra Care branch in Liskeard. You will oversee day-to-day care delivery, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations while driving service excellence.

• Salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum.

The Role

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and business performance.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality care and operational performance.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
