Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Registered Branch Manager to oversee five Extra Care schemes in Plymouth. You will lead high-quality services, recruit and develop a capable care team, and ensure regulatory compliance and strong outcomes for residents living independently in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework for domiciliary/extra care.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
