Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Registered Branch Manager in Plymouth to oversee five established Extra Care schemes, providing strong leadership and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for people living independently at home.

You will lead a multi-site care team, drive regulatory compliance and build strong partnerships with authorities, families and professionals. This role offers clear progression and long-term stability within a growing national organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance, and the statutory framework for domiciliary and Extra Care services.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.

Package & Benefits

• Salary of £35,000 to £37, 000 per annum.

• Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
