Job summary

Centrica plc is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience & Performance Lead to support the South West England & Wales region. The role focuses on ensuring workplaces enable colleagues to do their best work, driving performance, and fostering an inclusive, safe environment across multiple sites, including Cardiff and Reading.
