Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience Manager based in London to lead our Workplace Experience team across the region. You will balance regional oversight with hands-on local execution, partnering with People, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and IT to ensure a seamless employee experience and cost efficiency.

You will manage essential services, vendor relationships, and space planning while championing Health & Safety and celebrating our culture through local events and onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience managing workplace, office or facilities operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading and developing a team with hiring, mentoring, feedback and performance conversations.
• Ability to own and optimise a regional budget and KPIs.
• Knowledge of local Health & Safety regulations and audits.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with HQ teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Workplace Experience team across multiple offices.
• Oversee full employee workplace experience in the primary Hub, including services and space planning.
• Manage regional budget and KPIs, and support forecasting and cost planning.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiation and contract management across the region.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and lead local events and culture initiatives.
